Iguanas belong to the family of lizards. Like most reptiles, iguanas belong to the cold-blooded animals whose body temperature changes with the temperature of the air or water around it that is why iguanas have excellent capability to survive to the environment.
She is about a year old and had free rein of our property until the iguanas recently hatched. Since then we have put her in her outdoor pen during the day and let her out around sunset, then she sleeps inside. We have LOTS of wild life that we would like to continue to enjoy without having to lock her up. Any tips?
